Return Policy

We hope that your purchasing experience will be a pleasurable one. If you receive an item that is different than the item you ordered, or if there is a problem with the delivery of an item, please contact us within one week of receipt.
Items returned in good condition within 30 days will be replaced or refunded.

Shipment will occur upon receipt of payment.

Shipping and Tracking

Goods can be shipped world wide by express carrier airway only and will arrive within 7 days of shipment.
We can ship via EMS, UPS, DHL or TNT (other means of shipment is available upon requests).
Customers electing shipment by express carrier airway will be provided a tracking number that can be used to check delivery status.
